Established in 2002, New Hampshire Power Yoga has received many accolades over the years including Best of the Best Yoga Studio in NH, and Nashua area’s Best Yoga Studio. We promise an experience that will not only stretch, strengthen and empower you in body and being, but that will be more FUN than you have ever imagined possible!

We specialize in Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga. Our teachers, staff, and volunteers are continually striving to be the best versions of themselves and encourage each and everyone who enters our doors to do the same. Each one of us is passionate about maintaining a life-long yoga practice, and have personally found multitudes of benefits in having done so.
