New Hampshire Power Yoga has received many accolades over the years including Best of the Best Yoga Studio in NH, Nashua area’s Best Yoga Studio, and Mary Howard, Nashua’s Best Yoga teacher. And none of that would be possible without you.

 We delight in delivering an experience that will not only stretch, strengthen and empower you in body and being, but that will be more FUN than you have ever imagined possible!

 We specialize in Power Vinyasa Yoga and are proud to be a Baptiste Affiliate Studio. All Classes are heated to 90-95 Degrees with the exception of our Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes.

Our teachers, staff, and volunteers are continually striving to be the best versions of themselves and encourage each and every one who enters our doors to do the same. Each one of us is passionate about maintaining a life-long yoga practice, and have personally found multitudes of benefits in having done so.

Baptiste Power Yoga is the foundation to our teachings. Baron Baptiste created the Journey Into Power flow from his authentic experience as a life long yogi. Blending practices from his master teachers including BKS Iyengar, Desikachar and Pattabi Jois, Baron created the Journey Into Power flow. This athletic practice is used globally as a tool to set people free to live the healthful and vibrant lives.


For more than 25 years, Baron Baptiste has devoted his life to creating and sharing transformational yoga practices and programs. He shares the Baptiste Yoga methodology through workshops, books, yoga teacher trainings and his continued work with non-profit organizations. An entrepreneur and visionary, Baron is committed to sharing Baptiste Yoga in ways that make a real and lasting difference in the lives of people across the planet. His approach to yoga has been a catalyst for society’s acceptance of yoga as a popular practice and is now being used by millions of people globally.
