Ariana Pinette

Ariana is inspired by the ways yoga can improve a sense of wellbeing by bringing more energy, balance and peace of mind into daily life. While everything around us seems to be changing, yoga practice offers us a consistent and steady ground, promotes a healthy life-style and helps us meet whatever challenges come our way.

Ari looks forward to sharing her love of yoga and a practice that supports greater emotional and physical strength. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2015 and is currently pursuing her 500-hour teacher training through the Boston Yoga School, studying with Ame Wren and Daniel Max.
